Pure indulgence!

And, while you’re there, or any other time for that matter, why not spoil yourself with some pampering at the Auberge’s health centre? Try a maple sugar scrub to leave your skin feeling velvety soft.

Discover another sugar shack Érablière St-Henri. This majestic sugar shack is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Sap is collected from 40,000 taps, yielding 4,000 gallons of maple syrup per year. Owners Marie-Claire and François invite you to enjoy country style dining and their homemade specialties during the sugaring off season. The taste of pure maple syrup can be found not only on the dinner table but also in a wide range of maple products for sale, including syrup, soft maple sugar, hard maple sugar, granulated maple sugar, maple taffy, candies, and pies. Reservations recommended.

Head over to Sucrerie de la Montagne in Rigaud and take a trip back in time. Discover a small village with a real old-fashioned maple grove. This is a unique glimpse into some true Quebec rituals of yesteryear, from the kitchens to the singing and folk dancing. This is an experience for all your senses; a real taste of days gone by in an authentic decor and friendly atmosphere.
